The World, Dubai is rising majestically, above the shimmering surface of the Arabian Gulf.

The most iconic project of the 21st century so far, this paradise is just 10 minutes by boat across clear waters from Dubai, all bathed in year-round sunshine, symbolizing high-luxury living.

CMA Admix was chosen ahead of several crystalline products, after having been rigorously tested for waterproofing capability and chloride diffusion performance. Included in the area waterproofed by CWS Admix, are the world-unique floating seahorse villas.

Featuring ease of use, astounding performance and intense chlorides diffusion arrest, CMA Admix does not affect the marine eco-system, on a project which is very conscious of protecting the environment, in what is possibly the most demanding marine engineering project ever.

The Savaya Beach Club, formerly known as the Omnia Club, is probably the trendiest beach club in South East Asia and shows how CWS can provide the benefits of a SYSTEM APPROACH to waterproofing. Being a world class luxury resort, the applicator had to look for a product that would guarantee turnkey results.

CMA100 was used above ground on the rooftops, podiums, and swimming pool - protecting concrete from salt spray and consequent chloride ingress. CMA Admix was used for the groundwater tanks. It is non-toxic thus suitable for the use of potable water.

The 78 rooms and villas at the South Palms Resort in Panglao, exude tranquility, privacy and modernity. Mixing traditional Filipino design with a modern touch, the beautiful resort in Panglao guarantees authentic relaxation in a tropical paradise.

More than 5,400m2 of concrete areastreated with CMA100 and more than 4,500m3 waterproofed with CMA Admix, are protecting the luxurious structure from leak and, corrosion to the steel reinforcement, ensuring uninterrupted operation for the years to come.
