Nichols Interchange flyover is a major traffic intersection in southern Metro Manila, Philippines. Renowned for its chronic congestion, the Sales Interchange often experiences gridlock, with vehicles taking up to 1.5 hours to traverse short distances during peak hours. This is why the re-waterproofing of the flyover deck was very hard to implement, as the heavy traffic would be further exacerbated, making the life of the commuters very hard.

CMA100 was chosen because, disallowing water ingress, blocks soluble chlorides and contaminants, and protects the rebar from corrosion. Apart from that, CMA100 protects the deck against abrasion, and its high thermal-stress tolerance, allows for the asphalt layer to be placed on top of the treated deck, without the need for a protective screed, further accelerating the completion of the project.

The "Buendia-Paco bridge" generally refers to the Plaza Dilao Ramp, which is a vital exit point for the Skyway Stage 3, connecting Buendia in Makati to the Paco district in Manila.

CMA100 was chosen because its high thermal-stress tolerance, allows for the asphalt layer to be placed on top of the treated deck, without the need for a protective screed, further accelerating the completion of the project a critical feature for infrastructure projects.

Furthermore, sealing cracks up to 2.2mm, CMA100 blocks soluble chlorides and contaminants, protecting the rebar from corrosion. Apart from that, CMA100 protects the deck against abrasion, as it hardens the concrete to Grade 9 of the Mohs scale
