Owned by Singaporean OCBC Corp., the beautiful Victorian-style complex,servestoday as a retail arcade, with several retail outlets, restaurants, and leisure-time amenities.

After the completion of refurbishment operations, leaking was discovered in several areas. The client tried several methods, including polyurethane and cementitious interventions, which failed to solve the problem and was looking for a long-term solution.
